Free shipping over $30 to the US & Canada. Orders ship within 1–3 business days; typical delivery 7–14 business days with tracking.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada. We also ship to a limited list of other countries; if your country is available, it will be listed at checkout.

Rates

  • United States: free standard shipping on orders of $30 USD or more; $10 USD standard shipping on orders under $30 USD; express shipping $25 USD.
  • Canada: free standard shipping on orders of $30 CAD or more; $10 CAD standard shipping on orders under $30 CAD; express shipping $25 CAD.
  • Other available countries: free standard shipping on orders of $30 USD or more; $10 USD standard shipping on orders under $30 USD.

The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Delivery times

  • Standard (US & Canada): typically 7–14 business days
  • Express (US & Canada): typically 3–7 business days
  • Standard (other available countries): typically 14–28 business days

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your StareGang account to follow your package.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@staregang.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and reship if necessary.

Customs & duties

For shipments outside Canada and the United States, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@staregang.com. Once a package has shipped, we cannot change the destination address.
